Importance Of Sleep During Pregnancy
Sleep is highly essential for the proper functioning of human body and mind, especially if a woman is pregnant, the need for sleep increases all the more. Sleeping during pregnancy is a huge problem as it is, with the basketball tummy and other pregnancies problems such as indigestion, heartburn, etc., to top it all is insomnia that tends to make everything worse. The first trimester is filled with nausea followed by second and third trimester of constant peeing due to a bladder that just can’t take it any more.
But women tend to take these sleep troubles in a very lightly fashion without thinking about the ways to sleep during pregnancy, at times they need to be worried about and spoken to doctor for a change.
