Even the simple things in life like walking down the road and hopping into a cab can be a very difficult task. Travelling during pregnancy is all about risk management. IS DRIVING DURING PREGNANCY A SAFE OPTION
Travelling to work during pregnancy is a regular affair. Usually, you rush in the mornings and just call a cab while you are still munching on your breakfast. You can do none of that when you are pregnant. You have to plan everything beforehand and move very slowly. Using public transport for travelling during pregnancy can be very dicey. You have to take your chances with the temperament of the cab drivers.
Driving during pregnancy is also not always a safe option. You must not allow your hormones get to you as there will be a lot of honking and busy roads. Never honk when your are driving during pregnancy. And consciously avoid loud noises by pulling your windows up. The baby gets disturbed by loud traffic noises.

Keep all emergency numbers like your husband's cell phone number, your doctor's number and your hospital ambulance numbers on the speed dial list to deal with emergencies.
