Relatives and friends are getting to a realization that you will be a mom and what better promotion than this? Your baby is moving and is now weighing a pound. If the baby undergoes these changes, it's five month pregnant mother will also have to. She will feel discomfort in and around her bloating bump (abdomen region, inner thighs, hips etc). Exercises that tilt and stretch the pelvic muscles can ease and prevent pain.
