Five Months Of Pregnancy: Symptoms & Baby Development

Relatives and friends are getting to a realization that you will be a mom and what better promotion than this? Your baby is moving and is now weighing a pound. He is getting bulky with the brown fat accumulated in the body. This helps in controlling the body temperature. His arms and legs are freely moving. The fluid soaked skin (enveloped in white oily substance, vernix) will protect from infection.
If the baby undergoes these changes, it's five month pregnant mother will also have to. She will feel discomfort in and around her bloating bump (abdomen region, inner thighs, hips etc). Exercises that tilt and stretch the pelvic muscles can ease and prevent pain.
There are a lot hormonal changes in five months pregnancy. The lower back is at strain. For twin pregnancies, it can be severe. A doctor's help is a must to be relieved from pain. Swimming, hot shower, tub bath and comfortable dress can help you relax and be cool
