Do you feel that your child has a low attention span? Do you feel they lack focus? This seems to be a common complaint parents have about their kids. Kids these days are just not able to concentrate on one task. This could be attributed to the fact that they are over loaded with work or they are just not able to cope with the humungous tasks they are to perform.
Over tired and over stressed could also be possible reasons why your kids are unable to concentrate. Whatever you make them do or make them eat, they will probably lack that focus that you want them to have.
TRY A GAME TO IMPROVE THEIR CONCENTRATION

You need to help your child with the work in a way that he is able to focus and get the stuff done on time. So, here are a few tips that will help improve your child’s concentration automatically. You just need to work on enhancing the concentration, rest your child is intelligent enough to handle everything else.

Know their Physiological Needs
Children are slightly different from us adults. They have different physiological needs, and you should attend to them. Make sure they get enough sleep and have food that is necessary for their daily activities. Make sure their sugar intake is proper. When they are fine physiologically, they are able to perform better and concentrate well.
Create the Right Mood
You should create the right mood to build your child’s concentration. Make sure you have removed all the possible distractions like noise, fatigue, hunger etc. Also, make the mood delightful for your child. Start a good background music to create the calming music. The whole atmosphere should be very light and not too heavy for the child to be able to concentrate better.
Set the Right Tasks
Make sure the tasks you are setting for your child are in line with his maturity level. You should set tasks which are perfect for his age and talent and not something that is either way beyond him or way too easy for him. If that is the case, then you would find him losing concentration way too easily.
The Play Method
Memory games are the best way to build your child’s concentration. Try playing these games once in a day. You can even set a timer for a task. You will ask your child to finish the task before the timer ends. This would build in a challenge mode and make him focus better. Make sure in a day you don’t over schedule or over crowd him with work as it might affect his concentration by making him tired. HELP YOUR LITTLE ONE BUILD CONFIDENCE IN HIMSELF.
Divide Project into Tasks
Best way to build concentration is to divide that humungous project into small tasks. This way you would be able to hold the child’s concentration and making him/her complete the project on their own.
