A miscarriage could occur due to many reasons. Though some of them cannot be prevented, some can be prevented by making certain lifestyle changes.
The success rate of healthy pregnancy partly depends upon the kind of foetal environment you maintain. Therefore, here are some necessary steps to take in order to prevent miscarriage.

Tip #1
Toxins are the first problem. Much before the conception, if the couple goes for detoxification, it is said help a lot in healthy pregnancy. A clean body and mind helps in maintaining ideal foetal environment.

Tip #2
Triphala churna is an ayurvedic remedy that is said to prevent miscarriage by correcting the 'doshas' or imbalances in women. Consult an ayurvedic practitioner before conception.
