Does Late Pregnancy Increase Lifespan?
A new study claims that women who become mothers at a later age may live longer. This study claims that women who conceive during their 30s and 40s tend to live longer.

Most of the time, we tend to hear only about the disadvantages of conceiving late but this study claims that it could prolong the lifespan of a woman.

Researchers say that women who conceive for the last last time after the age of 33, tend to live till 90-95 compared to women who conceive before 29 for the last time.

More than 450 women participated in this study but researchers chose women with good health and genetics in this study. So, it isn't wise to postpone your conception just for the sake of longevity because your genetics may also play a role in deciding your lifespan.

Women may also remember that certain risks are also associated with late conception. Also, infertility may also increase as you age which makes it difficult to conceive.

So, women may need to weight the pros and cons of conceiving at a late age before postponing pregnancy. It is always healthy to have children at the right age.
