This little angel named 'Yi Ling' was born with a craniofacial cleft, in a small village in China.
People Felt She Looked Quite Scary
Her looks were quite scary, as the craniofacial cleft made it difficult for her to lead a normal life. People chose to ignore her and not talk to her. She apparently couldn't even go to a school, as the schools wouldn't even accept her. They said that her looks might scare the other children.
She Lived With It For 6 Long Years
Since her birth, she lived in this condition for 6 long years and then one fine day, her life changed for the better...
A Doctor Took Up Her Case…
A Texan doctor named Dr. Craig Hobar decided to take up her case and got her to Texas to perform a series of extreme tough surgeries.
Her Condition Was Bad
Her condition was bad as even a slightest mistake could make matters worse for her. The surgeries had to be performed with extreme care.
Her Surgeries Were Done In 10 Years Span…
The doctor had started performing her surgeries and he almost started these 10 years back, as he wanted her body to accept the changes happening to her.
