When he realised that he was in pain when he started noticing blood in his pee and had painful peeing sessions, he decided to consult a doctor.

The doctor said an X-ray showed the needles lodged in the man's urethra, causing him discomfort and bleeding while peeing. Apparently, the doctors spent an hour and a half taking all of the needles out slowly.
