Here are the medical conditions which people avoid discussing and they tend to hide about these and wish not to discuss regarding this with the others. Read to know more.
A recent survey was conducted, in which it was revealed that people are embarrassed to share about certain medical conditions that they have been suffering from.
People feel it is better to suffer the pain in silence rather than discuss about it with anyone. It was also noted in the survey that these problems are not even shared with the physicians or local chemists.

These results are shocking, as people who suffer from the most common yet embarrassing conditions, like constipation and diarrhoea, are ignoring these to a great extent, which could be dangerous to the health.

Constipation And Diarrhoea
According to the survey, around 63% of the people confessed that they had suffered from the condition, and did not seek any medical help to get cured.

Incontinence
According to reports, 20% of people said that they suffered from a weak bladder and out of it only around 54% went for help.

Worms
Around 12% people have claimed that they had previously suffered with this condition and they refused to check with a doctor or a chemist, as they were too embarrassed to discuss about it.

Acne
A total of 28% of people said that they had suffered from this condition, but 49% said they didn't seek any treatment.

Piles
About 29% of people who suffered from this condition suffered in silent pain, as the results revealed that only 46% had seen a doctor.

Warts & Verrucas
About 38% of the people said that they suffered from the condition, and in that only around 42% bothered to get themselves treated!

Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Around 27% of people said that they either suffered from or had previously suffered from IBS, and just 41% in that sought help.

Thrush
About 32% of people claimed that they had thrush and out of which only 32% had it diagnosed by a doctor.

Cystitis
A total of 29% of people said that they had suffered from the uncomfortable condition, and in that just 31% got help from a medical professional!
In conclusion, it was found that the efforts we go through to dodge having to tell our doctor or chemist about "embarrassing illnesses" could lead to serious long-term health problems if they go undiagnosed. Hence, it is always good to seek medical attention at the earliest.
