Habits That We Repeat Everyday!
We all have few bad habits that can be really good or bad. While eating at short intervals is a good habit, biting nails to during anxiety is a bad habit. Similarly, smoking regularly, drinking and eating unhealthy foods are other few bad habits that are bad for your overall health.
Even after taking firm decisions, we tend to repeat these habits every day. There are few everyday habits that we tend to repeat even after knowing them well. For example, forgetting names or phone numbers everyday is a common habit that we make regularly. Lets take a look at few common bad habits that we repeat everyday!

Not washing hands: This is one habit that can be really unhealthy. Before eating, you should wash your hands to prevent bacteria, dirt and germs from entering into the body. But, people do not wash their hand before eating due to laziness. Even if they decide to take a note on it, still people tend to repeat it everyday!
Biting nails: We all know that biting nails is a bad habit. But, when we are nervous or anxious, we don't realise that all the nails have been chopped-off by the teeth. You only come to know when you see that you have no nails to bite!
Wearing unwashed clothes: Many people have this unhygienic everyday habit of wearing unwashed clothes especially jeans. However, clean undergarments should be worn to avoid infections and skin allergies.
Sleeping late: Every morning we pledge to sleep early tonight, however we end up sleeping late. This everyday bad habit makes us lazy to get up in the morning.
Forgetting names: Many people have this bad habit of forgetting names or contact details of people. Write down the names or numbers on a piece of paper to memorise it.
Not combing hair: Men especially are too lazy to comb their small hair everyday! This is a bad habit that can tangle your hair and unhygienic too.
Licking lips: Dry lips can be really irritating. So, many people do not realise when they start wetting their lips with tongue. This darkens the lips and can also indicate a sensual gesture!
Shaking legs: This is one of the worst habits that many people make everyday. It is irritating too! Seeing someone shaking their legs due to stress or habit can be really distracting to the eyes.
