Women, the so called passionate folks about their looks, enjoy changing their hair style frequently. They believe that hair style is something that supports and enhance their looks.

A recent survey, conducted on 3000 women has found out the fact that a woman, in her life time, changes her hair style more than 100 times. She loves to experiment different hair styles and looks.

The numbers that the survey has come up with are really interesting. A woman herself, would not have noticed the number of times she goes for a change in hair style.

The survey said that a lady gets her hair curled, layered, coloured, or shortened at least twice in an years time. Most of the women would love to try at least three colours.

Another interesting thing, the survey showed was that hair style has lot to do with a female's break – up too. One third of the ladies go for a different hair style usually after a break – up. Others go for a change, because they are bored of the present one.

Andrew Collinge, a British hairdresser, said, "My feeling is that women are changing their looks little and often rather than dramatic changes."

She also added that the most famous hair style, remains forever, despite it being old. The reason behind, why most famous hair styles stay forever is because those hair styles are not yet been outdated. For example -'Rachel from Friends' cut made Jennifer Aniston really popular.
