Britons Don't Get Enough Sleep

A survey has revealed that nine out of ten Britons do not get enough sleep and that millions risk their health by depriving themselves of much needed rest.
An average Briton sleeps for just six hours at night, which is well below the eight hours recommended sleep. Consequently, 17 per cent regularly doze off at work.
Aberdeen is the home to UK's most sleep deprived people. It has been found that those staying in Aberdeen, have just 5 hours and 23 minutes of sleep a night.
Norwich, which is the UK"s sleepiest city, residents spend only 6 hours and 38 minutes in bed.
Financial worries are the most common cause for lack of sleep, This holds true for almost 48 per cent of the Britons.
They are followed by relationship troubles (34 per cent) and family troubles (33 per cent).
