Manglik Dosh

The biggest misconception of Mangal Dosh in Vedic astrology is the death of the spouse if one suffers from Manglik Dosh.

The Nadi Dosh
This Nadi Dosh occurs when two individuals with similar Nadis are said to get married. It is considered to be a very serious imperfection, which is potent enough to cause many problems in the married life of two people. If you are wondering what a Nadi is, it means it is one of the 8 kootas or the broad aspects, which are used to analyse or match while finding out if the marriage is a perfect match or not.

The Pitra Dosh
This dosha occurs when the ancestors or the head of the family have/has done something really bad in the past. This dosh is present in the ninth house in the house of fortune of the birth chart. It is believed to have great importance because it is also known as the house of the father and manes. It is said that the person will not progress because of this dosha.

The Kartik Janma Dosha
This dosha occurs during the month of Kartik, according to the Hindu mythology and it starts in mid-October and ends in mid-November. It is believed that the sun is weakest during this time. Hence, there are many possibilities that it can affect a person and his/her family in the form of kartik janma dosha. A person who is born during this period will surely have the kartik janma dosha.

The Kaal Sarp Yog
This is believed to be a serious condition in one's horoscope. According to the Hindu astrology, it harms every aspect of the individual's life. This dosha has such an effect that it makes the person unlucky and even with good planetary positions in the horoscope.
