The boy is from Plymouth in Devon; but he now lives in Cornwall. His identity has not been revealed, as he is a minor.
His Sentence...
He was sentenced at Bodmin Magistrates' Court for 12-month intensive referral order and he was also put on the sex offenders' register for two-and-a-half years!
Why It Happened?
We still wonder why did the boy even think of raping his kid sister who was just 9 years old. She is scared for life now. Is his parenting gone wrong?

In another shocking case, a 6-year-old boy was successful in raping his cousin sister who was just 5 years old, while they were playing the "Mummy Daddy" game. However, the parents have not filed a case against this 6-year-old, otherwise he could be called the Youngest rapist in the world!
