Women’s Day 2026: Why Creating Relaxation Spaces At Home Matters For Women Balancing Multiple Roles
LFW 2014: Ilk Presents Human Chain Prints
Day 4 at LFW 2014 was just as interesting as the previous day. There were many different collections displayed to play on fashion lovers' sensibilities. Almost every collection displayed at Lakme Fashion Week 2014 had a theme. The Ilk collection for LFW 2014 had a very interesting concept. It is for those people who dare to defy norms.
This collection was characterised by prints of human chains. Stick figures held hands forming human chains. This graphic art is a logo of many humanitarian organisations. Almost all the outfits displayed in the Ilk collection at LFW 2014 had these prints. The colour palate was grey or blue-grey.
There was quite a mix of styles and form in the winter collection of Ilk. There were quirky dresses, baggy tops and loose fitting jackets. A saree draped over a sweatshirt caught our eye.
The wintry style was really creative. There were also pleated skirts, dresses and palazzo pants that made the look very uber cool. In general, most of the designs were user-friendly and very urbane.
