WIFW SS 2014: Nachiket Barve

Wills India Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2014 has commenced. The Day 1 of WIFW SS 2014 has been a glitzy event where fashion designers have not just shown vibrant colours on the ramp, but also brought some intricate designs. The Day 1 of the ongoing WIFW SS 2014 was very glitzy. Fresh summer colours and floral prints in silk, sheer and cotton were seen on the ramp.

Nachiket Barve has showcased a bright and red hot collection at the WIFW SS 2014 ramp. Nachiket Barve's collection had some light as well as bright colours. The show begun with light colours like different shades of blue. Then we saw some glittering gold and silver colours in Nachiket Barve's collection at WIFW SS 2014 collection.

However, by the end, we noticed some bright red colours on the ramp which added a sexual appeal to the show! Nachiket Barve presented some frilly red gowns with plunging necklines and sheer bodice. The gowns had heavy embroidery on the neckline with red thread. We even saw some contemporary saree designs which looked fab on the ramp. Embellished Kurti

Heavily embellished short round neck kurtis were worn with flowy palazzo pants.

Silk Trench Coat

Blue satin silk fabric trench coat like tops with loose sleeves were also seen in Nachiket Barve's collection.

Golden Embellished Jacket

Hot pants were accessorised with golden full sleeve jackets. This golden jacket has heavy embellishment and thread work on it.

High Waist Skirt

Many celebrities have been sporting high waist knee length skirts. Nachiket Barve showcased some high waist light fabric skirts in summer colours.

Golden Hot Pants

As hot pants are a trend of summer an golden colour is very in at this moment, Nachiket Barve used the blend to create some fashionable summer clothes for Spring Summer 2014!

Dual Coloured Saree

Saree is the traditional Indian wear. Nachiket used light summer colours to bring out some stylish Indian outfits at WIFW SS 2014 ramp.

Thigh High Slit Skirts

Thigh high gowns have become a rage! During summers, you can flaunt your legs in a thigh high slit long skirt. It has been worn with a sequinned sheer blouse which gives the illusion of peplum style.

Silk Cape Like Shrug

Long cape like shrug in silk looked pretty eye catchy! The silk shrug has been wrapped around a short hot pant and crop top underneath. The shrug has floral prints in white and silver.

Cut Out Gown

This red thigh high slit gown has cut out details on the bodice which makes it look red hot!

Sheer Gown

It is one of the best outfits seen at Nachiket Barve's collection at WIFW SS 2014 ramp. The red frilly gown has a sheer plunging neckline. Love the red thread work on the bodice.
