The Sheer Gowns We Loved This Season

Sheer gowns have been in fashion for the last 10 years. However, our reaction to these revealing dresses has changed. Earlier we would cross ourselves at the sight of a celebrity in a see-through dress. But our modest standards have changed and our tolerance for sheer gowns has increased substantially.

This is the award season in both Hollywood and Bollywood. January and February are two months when most of the award functions are hosted. Hollywood seems to be having 'sheer time' as one after another celebrity walks down the red carpet in revealing dresses. Kristen Stewart seems to have made see-through dresses her private style statement. Even Nicole Kidman has worn sheer gowns more than once in 2013.

Earlier, we got to see revealing red carpet dresses only in Hollywood. But Bolllywood is catching up the trend. We are also getting to see Indian celebrities in sheer gowns now.
