Khloe Kardashian Planning Hefty Divorce?

The truth is that Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom's marital status can be best described as confusing at the moment. It is very clear that Khloe Kardashian has divorce on her mind. Her media comments seem to point to the fact that Lamar Odom's cheating cases have really pissed her off very badly. Khloe Kardashian's marriage to Lamar Odom has been on the rock since his first 'mistress' went public.

However the basketball player from NBA refuses to five up on his wife. His twitter posts recently have been about how much he loves and cherishes his wife Khloe Kardashian. You could either read these tweets as repentance or just a wily way to stop Khloe Kardashian from filling divorce. There is no doubt as to the fact that Lamar Odom cheated on Khloe. The only point of contention is when will Khloe Kardashian file divorce papers?

The deal is that Lamar Odom might have some very pressing reasons to save his marriage with Khloe Kardashian. This is because, a divorce will make Khloe pretty rich. She is already set to get a very hefty divorce settlement from Odom. But there is a clause in their per-nuptial agreement that if Lamar Odom cheats on Khloe Kardashian she is liable to get a very large share of his fortune.

Now Khloe Kardashian's divorce case would have to prove infidelity in court to support this claim to her husband's 55 million dollar fortune. That will make the divorce proceeding long winding and even nasty. It is one thing for 'mistresses' to show up in front of the media. It quite a task to prove infidelity in court. Especially when so much money in the form of divorce settlement is involves, it will be far from an easy job.

Khloe is not planning a divorce right away. Atleast she has not made up her mind. But two of Lamar Odom's alleged 'mistresses' have already revealed their identity. If a few more pop up in the coming months, Khloe might just decide to get rich by divorcing her cheating husband.
