Olivia Culpo From USA Is Miss Universe'12

The big news is that Miss Universe 2012 has been announced. Miss USA Universe, Olivia Culpo has coveted the title of Miss Universe this year. After 15 long years Miss USA Universe has won the title for her country. That makes USA the only nation to have 9 Miss Universe to its name. Olivia Culpo was one of favourites in the final round of Miss Universe 2012.

In the final round, Miss USA Universe looked dazzling in a bright red gown. Miss Universe wore a floor length flowing dress with a neckline that plunged to her waist. Other than Miss Olivia Culpo, there are two other girls who will celebrate. Miss Philippines Janine Mari Tugonon is the first runner up of Miss Universe 2012 and the second runner up is Miss Venezuela, Irene Sofía Esser Quintero.

Other nations that featured in the top ten contestants were France, Hungary, South Africa and Australia. After a long time we have Miss France who has made it to the Top 10. Miss Australia And Miss Mexico were no surprises. The Latino beauties are always a hot favourite in the Miss Universe pageant. Unfortunately Miss India Universe did not make it to the final 10.
