Kareena Kapoor Co Authors Book On Nutrition

Kapoor has inaugurated the first anniversary of Rujuta Diwekar's book on fitness ''Don't lose your mind, loose your weight'' in India's western Mumbai city.
Kapoor, who has contributed to some portions of the book, told reporters that she is has discovered the writer side of her and is looking forward to make the best out of it.
The Bollywood Diva says, "What makes me really proud and happy is that a book that Rujuta has written on fitness is actually been the number one bestseller. I am really happy with it and glad that people enjoyed my foreword, because I did write, and she is writing another book as well in which I am going to be writing, as well. So I am actually excited that I am actually going to become a writer now from an actor."
The bollywood actress, who once weighed 68 kilos, has been a fitness freak for the past two years and since then has been following a nutrition regime by Rujuta Diwekar. Needless to say the nutrition regime did work wonders on the Kareena. She once went down to size zero for her role in the film ''Tashan''.
