"I am not one of the best cooks in the world. I have tried, but I really am hopeless. I can cook maybe one dish, but you can probably end up with food poisoning," says Knightley.
Recently, a friend of her explained how to make an eggplant bake. She bought is out from the oven in a beautiful bowl and dropped it!
"It smashed all over the kitchen, and I burst into tears," she said.
Because of her culinary skills, she ended up asking for some easy-to-understand cook books from santa, this Christmas.
