7 Simple Grandma's Home Remedies
Though most of us rely more on medicines and less on prevention, here are some grandma's remedies which might work better than pills...
Some healthy practices followed by our ancestors were actually preventive measures. And some of them were home remedies.
If you take a look at some of the old practices, you will be surprised to know that they have the miraculous power of preventing many health issues.
Here are some of such grandma's remedies which do a good job in prevention and cure of certain minor health issues...

Remedy #1
Your grandma must have pestered you to drink a glass of water on empty stomach. Do you know why?
Well, this practice is said to prevent or cure constipation, body pains, headaches, eye-issues, diabetes, throat and nose disorders.

Remedy #2
Prepare a cup of green tea and add a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and honey. Mix well and drink. This habit helps boost immunity and keep many infections at bay.

Remedy #3
In a cup of water, soak a handful of fenugreek seeds. After 6-8 hours (overnight), drink the water. This habit prevents diabetes.

Remedy #4
If you're suffering from cold, cough or sinus issues, try this grandma's remedy for 3 days:
In a cup of warm water, add a 3-4 teaspoons of honey. Add a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and mix well. Drink it.

Remedy #5
If you are suffering from acidity, try this grandma's remedy thrice a day for 2-3 days.
Take a a glass of hot water in a jug. Add a teaspoon of fennel seeds. Cover it and leave it overnight. After you wake up, remove the seeds and drink the water after adding a spoon of honey to it. Drink it 3 times a day.

Remedy #6
To cure sore throat, try this:
Take a glass of water and mix a teaspoon of honey, a teaspoon of ginger powder, a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and half a teaspoon of pepper powder.

Remedy #7
Take a tablespoon of water and add a pinch of cinnamon powder and honey. Just gargle and get rid of bad breath.
