We all consume sugar in the form of cakes, candies, soda, salad dressing, yogurt, pasta sauce, milk, fruits, vegetables, etc. What happens when we stop consuming sugar?

The effects depend on the amount of sugar you actually consume on a regular basis. People who are on the high end of sugar consumption display addict-like symptoms such as depression, restlessness and anxiety.

This undermines the role of the pancreas and stops the production of insulin. So, if you stop consuming added sugar, you can save yourself from a deadly disease like diabetes.
