Quarter cup of lemon juice, a teaspoon of crushed ginger, a pinch of pepper powder, a pinch of anise powder and a tablespoon of honey.


Step #1

First of all, fill a vessel with water and boil it. The quantity of the water must be two litres. After the water is boiled, allow it to cool.


Step #2

Start adding every single ingredient listed above and start mixing the water thoroughly. Leave the mixture with a closed lid.


When To Drink

After the water cools down completely, you can consume it. Drink a cup of the water every hour from morning till evening. If you wish to drink it in one go, do that at least an hour before your lunch.



This liquid can remove your fatigue and exhaustion. It can eliminate inflammation as it is anti-inflammatory in nature.



It works as a pain killer too as ginger contains analgesic properties. It can also reduce fever. This liquid is said to boost immunity and also boost life span.
