Also known as acid reflux, acidity can be described as a condition in which there is excess of stomach acid produced in the stomach. And it travels upwards along the food pipe, irritating the entire digestive tract.

Some of the most common causes for acid reflux are unhealthy eating habits, certain digestive disorders, obesity, taking certain medications, etc.
