Simple And Effective Ways To Prevent Bad Breath During Ramzan
All across the globe right now, Muslims are observing the holy month of Ramzan. Fasting from dawn to dusk, having feasts in the night, practicing self-restraint, this entire month will be full of activities for the people of the Muslim community.
During this sacred time, Muslims don't eat food or drink water through the day. And it goes without saying that fasting through the day can get quiet challenging, especially because of certain problems that accompany with it.

And one such problem is that of bad breath. Lack of food and water can take a toll on a person's oral well-being. Unpleasant odour from your breath can be a cause of embarrassment in social settings.
That is why, we're about to share some of the most effective ways in which you can prevent bad breath from occurring, without affecting your fast.
Since ages, people have used these generic, yet powerful, tricks to prevent this problem to be able to enjoy this Holy month, the way it should be.
Take a look at these.
1. Drink Plenty Of Water Before Sehri/Suhoor

Drinking at least 2-3 glasses of water before dawn will do you a great deal of good. It will not let your mouth dry, thus preventing bad breath. This simple thing will also benefit your health in totality. Also, after breaking your fast, drink plenty of water and keep yourself well hydrated.
2. Brush Your Teeth After Every Meal

This is a simple, yet powerful, trick to prevent bacteria from causing your breath to smell bad. When food particles come in contact with the bacteria, they create a bad smell. That is why, it is critical to brush your teeth for at least 2 minutes after every meal.
3. Use An Antibacterial Mouthwash

Lack of saliva and dryness in the mouth are the leading causes of bad breath. And by using an antibacterial mouthwash, you'll be stopping the bacteria in your oral cavity from creating an unpleasant odour.
4. Clean Your Tongue At Least Twice In A Day

This effective trick can work wonders on your bad breath problem. Use a tongue cleaner at least twice in a day to remove the plaque in your mouth and stop bad breath from occurring.
