How To Deal With Hot Flushes During Menopause
Hot flushes are a typical symptom experienced by 75% of menopausal women and might be described as a sudden feeling of heat generated in the body. Hot flushes are frequently accompanied by night sweating or excessive sweating throughout the day.

Hormone replacement therapy is also effective in preventing the occurrence of hot flushes.
While sleeping always use cotton bedsheets. These will keep you cool. Try consuming flaxseeds, soy-rich foods and black cohosh. These cool your body and help you to get relief from hot flushes.
