This wine recipe dates back to 800 years and was found in the ancient writings of the mystic nun Hildegard Von Bingen. This nun lived for 81 years and was considered as the most versatile and educated nuns of the age.

This nun lived between 1098 and 1179 and her recipes were found in the ancient writings. Her writings include the cure for diseases and drugs for almost all diseases.

Wine For The Heart:
This recipe is considered as one of the best heart healthy foods and is known to make improvements in all forms of heart failure cases. This recipe is aimed at heart patients who face problems like flashing, stabbing and systolic heart failure. This is also effective for arrhythmias.

Ingredients Required:
Wine (or homemade wine) - 1 litre
Wine Vinegar - 2 spoons
Natural Honey - 300 grams
Stems of parsley - 10 pieces

Preparation:
- Put a dozen fresh parsley stems, without roots, in a liter of pure natural wine.
- Add two spoons of vinegar to it.
- Cook it for about 10 minutes.
- Later, add honey to the solution and gently cook it for four more minutes.
- Strain and pour it into a glass bottle.
- Seal the bottle well.
- This is considered as one of the best heart healthy wine recipes.

Recommended Dosage And Use:
Consume one or two spoons of this natural remedy every day. In case of severe heart diseases, this medicine can be taken for several months. Being one of the best heart healthy foods, the maximum dosage is only three spoons per day and that too in cases of severe heart diseases.
