A sun stroke is nothing but the inability of the human body to take the heat of the sun. In fact, it is very dangerous and could be life threatening.
Experts consider sun stroke as a clinical emergency. The sun can kill through a heat injury. Extreme temperatures can damage certain organs in the body as well as their functions.

Sweating

Headache
This is one the symptoms of heat stroke. A painful headache is common. One could experience throbbing sensations in the head.

Body Temperature
One of the symptoms of sunstroke is high temperature. It could cross 40 degree centigrade which is dangerous.

Skin
The person who experiences heat stroke would suffer certain skin changes too. It turns red in colour with the increase in body temperature.

Heart Rate
As the heart struggles a lot to control the body, the heart rate tends to increase drastically.

Nausea
This is one of the symptoms of sunstroke in adults. The person may even vomit for some time.

Breathing Patterns
The person may struggle a bit to breathe as the breathing patterns start getting rapid. This is one of the symptoms of heat stroke.
