Summer can be pleasant. But summer can also be scorching. That is why it is better to know about summer tips for a healthy heart.
Your body will have to fight with the rising temperature levels and if it fails to cope up with the heat, it may give up.
If you are planning vacations or journeys in summer, it is very important to follow certain health tips.

Tips To Avoid Dehydration In Summer

Cool Clothing
Wearing cotton clothes and socks would help you manage the temperature and sweat. Avoid tight clothes that suffocate you.

Eat Light
