Indian Foods That Are High In Bad Carbohydrates
Carbohydrates include sugars, starches and fiber.

Chickpeas
Chickpeas is another Indian food which is high in carbohydrates. Consuming chickpeas makes you feel gassy and nauseous too.
Corn
Apart from having a lot of carbs, corn is actually a healthy treat for you to consume once in a way. Corn is a good source of fiber, vitamin C, and the antioxidants lutein and zeaxanthin.

Kumara Or Sweet Potato is another famous Indian food which is high in carbs and calories. If your on a weight loss program, never add this food to your diet.
