It is a fact that most of us tend to experience digestive problems more during the hotter months of the year.
It is very important to focus on what you eat and how often you eat and also your portion size during the hot months in order to avoid poor digestion in summer.
When your body is already struggling to withstand the summer heat, the first problem that arises is dehydration. Unless you hydrate your system well, you can't expect harmonious digestion.
So, let us discuss certain other key aspects which will help you combat poor digestion in summer.

Hydrate
It is important to ensure that your body is always hydrated. Dehydration can lead to digestive issues. Keep drinking water or fruit juices in regular intervals.

Change the Portion Size

Healthy Bacterial Levels

Herbs
Try to add coriander, fennel seeds, cilantro and ginger to your diet as they improve your digestive capabilities.

Watermelons
