Hidden Dangers: Why Soy Is So Unhealthy!
It is usually touted to be a healthy food; however in reality, soy isn’t that healthy. In the beginning, most studies focussed only on the nutritional value of soya. It was said to be protein-rich and low on calories. Nevertheless, soy is neither a super healthy food nor a hormone disturbing poison.
For decades, soy was marketed as a miracle food, a protein-rich legume better than consuming meat. The result was that excellent things were said about soy that people deluged their diet with it.
However, on the flip side, there is substantial evidence that soy can have the same harmful components that other beans do. There have been modified findings that soy causes allergies and reduces fertility in women.
It is proven that soy isoflavones (type of phytoestrogen) can hamper the endocrine system and cause hormone imbalance. Some of the scientific data suggests soya isn’t a healthy part of anybody’s diet. Here are some of the glaring problems associated with soy.

On the other hand, an infant consuming soya is a stack equivalent of 4 birth control pills a day. Moreover, it accelerates puberty in young girls around the age of 6 or 7.

Moreover soy foods also include anti-nutritional factors like protease inhibitors, soyatoxin, oxalates, and estrogens. These are also some of the factors that can cause harm to the digestive protein. And soy foods like Tofu and protein products cause clumping in the intestine as these foods do not dissolve easily in the digestive system.
