Every month we spend a lot of money on perfumes and deodorants to get rid of smell from our body. But, did you know that the foods we eat are the main cause of us smelling bad? Experts say that the acids, which emit from the foods we eat, are let out from our body causing us to smell. There are certain foods to stay away from in order to smell good. Garlic and onion are two common foods used in every meal. These two foods contain acids that have lasting smell, which gets retained in our mouth easily. However, excess consumption of these foods will make our bodies smell when we sweat. The foods that cause us to stink or smell bad should be consumed to a minimum.
FOODS TO AVOID FOR UNDERARM SWEATING
When you eat these foods that make you stink or smell bad, you should consume a lot of water along with it in order to cleanse our system. Take a look at these foods which make us smell bad. If you are prone to sweating a lot, it is safe to eat in moderation or not to consume this list of foods stated below:

Onions
This is a basic vegetable we add to almost every Indian dish. Too much of onions consumed in one day will make your sweat or smell bad.

Garlic
When one eats too much of garlic, the smell oozes from your skin because of the presence of allicin in garlic within another sulfur compound called allin.

Junk Foods
Excessive consumption of junk foods will lead to accumulation of fatty cells inside your body. When you exercise, the sweat which is omitted will have a foul smell to it due to these fatty cells.

Foods With Extra Spice
One of the healthy foods that makes you stink is cuisines that are loaded with spices. It is said that a spice overload leads to excessive sulfur intake which when you sweat, tends to let go of an offensive smell.

Dairy Foods
Excess consumption of dairy products can lead to release of hydrogen sulfide and methyl mercaptan which are some of the foods that make you stink or smell bad.

Coloured Water!
Excessive alcohol, in particular, may cause body odour. Beer is one of those drinks or foods that make you stink!

Beef
Did you know that over eating beef will lead to issues like perspiration and unwanted foul sweat? To avoid this stink, avoid beef, which is also not good for health.

Baked Foods
Baked foods contain fats and oils which become rancid with the passage of time. Though these healthy foods are good for you to consume, they make your body stink.

Coffee
Coffee causes bad breath. Due to the presence of acidity in this beverage, excess consumption of it will make your sweat or smell bad.

Legumes
Many kinds of beans cause gas. As they contain a sugar called oligosaccharide, it smells bad when you sweat.
