Fluids

If you are a regular drinker, vodka is known to be a garlic cleanser. Alcohol kills bacteria in the mouth, which will remove bad breath. Vodka is particularly good for getting rid of garlic breath fast because it does not have a lingering aftertaste.

Mouthwash
General brushing and other oral hygiene regime helps to a large extent in getting rid of garlic breath. Another effective oral hygiene is to have a strong flavoured mouthwash.
