Best Exercises to Reduce Buttocks
How many of you face the trouble of managing with huge buttocks every single day? Just when you get the jeans to fit your thighs, your buttocks tend to protrude and restrict you from wearing the jeans. Just to fit your buttocks, you have to make do with jeans that are broad and loose.
Buttock being out of shape is pretty common considering the kind of lifestyle you tend to lead, and the way you work out. You exercise without realising that it may not really affect the body part that has so suddenly gained weight.

So, is there a way out? Well, the good news is that there is a way out to reduce excess weight on the buttocks, and it is through workout. There are some exercises to reduce buttocks and hips. When you get round to doing those exercises regularly, you will feel the size of the buttocks reducing to a great extent.
Here are some of the best exercises to reduce buttocks. Try them out and share your feedback about them.
The Hip Lift Exercises
This exercise benefits your body in two ways; it lessens the stress along the lower back, while ensuring your buttocks reduce in size. Your resting position would be lying on your back with the hands to the side and the knees bend. Lift your hips upwards and stay that way for a second before coming back to zero position. You can even lift one leg while lifting your hip up. Repeat this exercise to reduce buttocks a few more times.
Toe Tapping Exercises
Toe tapping exercises to reduce buttocks are considered to be the best. Lie on the floor with the arms to your side. Bend your knees at 90 degrees and lift your feet. Make sure your thighs are perpendicular to the floor. Now, alternately tap your feet on the floor. Repeat this for a few times every day. It will reduce the pain from your lower back while reducing the buttock fat.
Single Front Leg Raise Exercises
Stand with your two feet slightly apart, and lift either one of the two feet three inches from the floor. Now, hold dumbbells in both your hands. Begin stretching them upwards alternately while your feet are still in the air. Do that for eight counts. Now, change the feet and repeat the exercise. You will feel some strain definitely, but you will see that over a period of time, these exercises will reduce your buttocks and hips.
Squatting & Kickback
This exercise tones your buttocks. Stand and keep your legs apart. Do a squat and bring your fists to the chin. Get the left leg behind you while your arms are kept straight. Back to the squat position, and then repeat with your right leg. Keep repeating this exercise for few minutes every day for best results.
Single Leg Squat
Roll a towel and keep it to a side. Stand while your feet are together and then place your right foot on top of the rolled out towel. Now, allow the whole weight to rest on your left foot, and pull the towel out using your right leg. Now, get back to the start position and repeat with your other leg. Keep rolling the towels between your legs for the best squat. This is one of the best exercises to reduce buttocks and hips.
