The anti-wrinkle diet is one of the best diets you can follow today to prevent the onset of fine lines at an early age. If you want to look young, fresh and free from those dark lines near your eyes and mouth, it is best to follow this anti-wrinkle diet.

The foods you eat do make a huge difference in how your body responds as you get older. There are times when we assume that some foods which we consume will only make us healthy, but little did we know they help in rejuvenating our skin too. You should be aware that what you eat shapes all aspects of ageing which also includes the strength and stamina given to our body.
Studies show that people who eat plant-based foods look younger than their real physical age. The only reason being that anti-aging foods when added to our daily diet delays the inevitable effects of natural aging by improving the skin elasticity and thereby preventing wrinkles.

Walnuts
The first food to include in your anti-wrinkle diet is walnuts. They are rich in Vitamin E which will work wonders in keeping your skin looking great. Have 100gms of walnuts twice in a week to your daily diet.

Almonds
The body needs Vitamin E to protect the cells from the onslaught of free radicals generated by air pollution. Experts say that when one eats a dozen of almonds daily, it will help ward off wrinkles.

Cucumber
One of the best foods to add to your anti-wrinkle diet is cucumber. It improve tired and dehydrated skin. The high the water content helps to get smooth and glowing skin. Consume at least one cucumber thrice in the week.

Sesame Seeds
This is another rich source of Vitamin E which is essential to prevent ageing and have a healthy glowing skin. Consuming sesame in any form is good for your skin.

Berries
Antioxidants which are present in blueberries, cranberries and strawberry will keep your skin vibrant and glowing. You should eat a handful of any berry once in a week.

Green Tea
This is one of the most healthiest substitutes for caffeinated drinks. Green tea is packed with antioxidants which is good for your skin. Switch from caffeine drinks to green tea.

Aloe Vera
If you want to have a younger looking skin, include aloe vera juice in your anti-wrinkle diet plan. 30ml of aloe vera juice diluted with 100ml water consumed early morning empty stomach will do wonders for your ageing skin.

Water
An average person has to drink 5 liters of water on a daily basis. If you do not drink at least 2-3 litres of water every day, your skin might wrinkle faster. So make it a point to drink at least 3 liters of water daily.

Avocados
Avocados is nature's best moisturiser and is loaded with anti-ageing nutrients like Vitamin C and E. Eating avocados will help stave off wrinkles and keep your skin looking soft and supple.

Brazil Nuts
They are rich in selenium which is a mineral that works very well to stop oxidative stress and cell damage. This slows down the ageing process. One should eat Brazil nuts in moderation because of its high fat content.

Sunflower Seeds
