Many people suffer from a low blood count. They retort to medicines and treatments in order to overcome it. But, these medical treatments are not the only ways to build better blood. There are many natural and easy ways to build blood. Here are some simple methods that you can try to build a better blood count.
Exercise- This is one of the best ways to build blood cells in your body. With a good deal of exercise your heart will start pumping more oxygen into your bloodstream. A good oxygen content in the blood is very important if you want a good blood count.
There are many easy exercises that you can follow for a healthy heart and better blood in your body. For example you can take a half an hour walk or jogging, take deep breaths, jump rope etc. All these exercises pump oxygen into the lungs that is released into the blood thereafter.
Food- One of the most important things that you need to do in order to build blood is eat good and healthy food in adequate quantities. The food must be rich in iron that forms the center of the haemoglobin molecule. Hence you must include haemoglobin rich foods like guava, chocolate, red meat, spinach, potatoes, pumpkin seeds, lentils, oysters etc in your diet. This will supplement you with enough iron and you will have a better blood count in return.
Herbs- Herbs like sarsaparilla root and aloe vera are extremely good for building blood in your body. Sarsaparilla root has antiseptic properties and it attacks the harmful microbial organisms in the blood and neutralises their effect. Aloe vera is also rich in anti-inflammatory properties. It cleanses the impure blood in our body.
Air Fresheners and Mosquito Repellents- You definitely need to shun both these things from your house if you need to build blood cells in a healthy way. These when inhaled may lead to several problems. They contain harmful chemicals which in contact with blood leads to several diseases. It might even cause respiratory diseases and cancer. The chemicals also disrupts the hormone system of the human body. Thus it is better not to use any such chemical and artificial objects at your home.
Body Creams- Any kind of synthetic creams and lotions are harmful. Sometimes they infiltrate into the blood through the skin and cause infections. Always try to use natural ingredients on the skin like aloe vera and turmeric.
