Natural Detoxification Methods To Cleanse Your Body

Though there are several methods of detoxification, you must opt for a natural method, which is safer and something that you can do right at home. Natural detoxification mainly focuses on cleaning the body from inside out, nourishing it with right nutrients and resting.
Natural detoxification methods:
1.Begin the process of natural detoxification by stopping the intake of coffee, cigarettes and other food stuff that introduce toxins into your body. Also, reduce your body's exposure to cosmetic and other chemically prepared products, including toothpaste.
2.Fasting is the next step in natural detoxification. When you fast, your body organs get rest and can concentrate on removing toxins. If you feel that it is difficult for you to fast, you can opt for a fruit juice diet, but only natural and fresh juice diet.
3.You can also follow a detox diet, where in you consume only fresh fruits and vegetables that are high in fibre. A cleansing diet for the liver includes consumption of green tea, dandelion root and milk thistle.
4.Do yoga and meditation or anything that helps reduce your stress. It can also include going for a walk, or playing with your pets or gardening. Perform a deep breathing exercise. This improves blood circulation.
5.Hyperthermia, a condition where you artificially increase your body temperature, is a very effective natural detoxification method. Here you can just lie in a tub full of hot water, or take a sunbath or if you have a steam bath facility at home, use it. The main purpose of this is to get rid of the toxins through sweat. But remember to hydrate yourself well both before and after the treatment.
6.Perform simple stretching and bending exercises. You can also skip, this is also a good from of exercise.
Practice these natural detoxification methods on a regular basis to help your body replenish itself. A well-maintained body is the key to healthy living.
