Water Rich Food Which Hydrate The Body

List of foods which hydrate the body:
Water vegetables: Fresh vegetables such as broccoli, carrots, lettuce, cantaloupe, onion, celery, tomatoes and cucumber are few which are rich in water content. Include these vegetables in your food to hydrate the body and keep it healthy.
Juicy fruits: Natural water in fruits such as watermelon, pineapple, apple, strawberries, squash, honeydew lemon, grapes, oranges, cherries, etc., hydrate the body. After workout, the body secretes lot of water through sweat, so don't forget to have food which hydrates the body and prevents dehydration.
Fluids: Consumption of fluids such as soup, fruit or vegetable soup and juice are nutritious and healthy fluids which hydrates the body and balances the water levels. Have a glass of juice twice a day if you don't have much water.
Water: It is very important to consume 8-10 glasses of water daily. It hydrates the body, flushes out toxins, cleans the face and prevents hair loss. Have a glass of water after every 1 hour or 30 minutes.
Dairy: Milk and yogurt are rich in water. You can mix yogurt with food as it hydrates the body. Dairy product contains calcium, proteins and minerals which are healthy for the body. You can have milk shake, buttermilk as healthy and tasty fluid.
Include these items in your diet as these foods hydrates the body.
