Zone Diet For Healthy You

What you eat has a great impact without much of your knowledge on your health. The most important thing is that your diet should be balanced. Keeping this mind and after through research Dr. Berry Sears have come up with the Zone Diet Plan. This plan works on the moderate carbohydrate, adequate protein and low fat. It is also known as forty thirty thirty. 40% carbohydrate, 30% protein, 30% fat. The diet claims that each meal of our day should have this balance.
This diet has been followed by many celebrities, one of the ardent followers being Jennifer Aniston.
The Zone Diet Of The Day
Breakfast
Low Fat Yogurt
Canadian Bacon
Strawberries
4 Almond
Lunch
3 Pieces of grilled chicken.
lettuces, few sliced mushroom, 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped onion, lemon juice, garlic powder, pepper and 1 citrus fruit.
Toss all up in olive oil.
Evening Tiffin
1 cheese cube
1 apple
Dinner
3 pieces of Pork
1 apple and steamed broccoli
Toss it up in 1 tsp of olive oil
Bedtime Snack
1 cube cheese
few grapes
Best Time To Have Meal
1.After Morning Walk
2.4 hours after one meal
3.2 hours after snacks
4.Snacks 30 minutes after exercise
This meal plan will balance your diet and never let one factor exceed the other. The fat accumulates not only due to fat but also due to increased insulin, which is checked by the Zone Diet. Zone diet can work wonders in controlling obesity. Zone diet takes at least a months time to show the difference in weight. It not only checks weight but also improves skin quality and sets the body clock right.
