A new fitness regime called, Zombie Fit, has come up in Chicago. This programme is invented by a 28 – year old lawyer, Rich Gatz.
This new training regime, is one of its kind. If you follow this fitness training, then you can withstand a Zombie attack.
"If you are ready for the zombie apocalypse, you are ready for anything," Gatz said. This fitness training has been designed with special training courses like running, climbing, leaping over the detritus of a building.
People who are extremely behind fitness can now try a new set of exercise, to keep themselves fit as a Zombie, hence fight back any zombie attacks.
