1.Celery Juice – Celery juice is a good agent to enhance one's appetite. Celery juice is also a rich source of vitamin A, B1,B2,C and P. This juice should be taken before breakfast, to increase metabolism and also can be taken in between meals. Celery juice is advised to lactating mothers and people suffering from lack of nutrients. Tomato juice mixed with apple juice, pumpkin juice or lemon juice can also help treat obesity. The fact that it increases metabolism and ensures proper digestive system, prevents weight gain.

3.Cucumber Juice - The main function of cucumber juice is to prevent weight gain. Among other benefits, it strengthens the blood vessels, heart and controls blood pressure. Cucumber juice is also a good treatment for hair loss and weak nails. Cucumber juice should be taken everyday in the morning for weight loss. 4.Beet Root Juice – Beet root juice is well known for it's blood building ability. It is high in vitamin and minerals.
