Healthy Habits For A Better Living
1.Get minimum of seven hour sleep. Sleep relaxes your brain and body organs. It also ensures good digestion.
2. Drink two tall glasses of water after your wake up. This helps your bowel system and also washes all the toxins.
3.Go for a walk. Minimum of 3 km walk is required to workout your body. Morning walk helps your body to absorb Vitamin D from Sun light, boosts energy, regulates breathing process and enough intake of oxygen.
4.Have 10 leaves of tulsi everyday. This prevents you from internal infections, cough and cold and allergies.
5.Have bath only after your heart beats have come down to normal counts. Use a natural scrubber to clean yourself.
6.Practice good dental hygiene. Brush your teeth twice a day. But that's not enough. Take a bit of salt and neem powder to massage your gums. This will not only kill all the bacteria but also make them stronger.
7.Don't leave the house with out a sun screen and massage with moisturiser. This will prevent your skin from getting tan and also from getting dry. Wash your face several times a day. Scrub your face after you are back home. Take a bath at night before going to sleep. Put essential oils into your bath water. This will easy your tired muscles and skin.
8.One junk food a day is not harmful but should not increase more than that. Go for a walk after dinner, this increases your metabolism rate and thus, ensures good digestion.
These eight healthy habits will not only help you lead a healthy lifestyle but will also ensure a peaceful and focused mind.
