6. Avoid High-calorie Snacks:
Snacks like burgers and chips that are high in calorie content and lacks essential nutrients need to be totally avoided by haemophiliacs. These foods just adds calories that might cause disruption in blood flow.

7. Reduce Intake Of Fat:
Haemophiliacs need to be careful about intake of fat. They need to avoid food items that are high in fat content as this will lead to accumulation of excess fat in the body and affect the blood flow.
