Cleanse And Juice Diets
Detox diets or cleanse diets typically involve fasting that is followed by a strict diet of raw vegetables, fruits, juices, and water. This is not a great choice, as there are many chances of weight gain instead of weight loss.
High-Protein Low-Carb Diet
Try to keep fat and carbs balanced to get better success with weight loss. Add more legumes to your meals, and having a small portion of chicken or other lean proteins also help in maintaining a good balance.

Paleo Diet
This diet is a great choice to lose weight. It is mainly based on the types of foods that are presumed to have been eaten by early humans. It consists of meat, fish, vegetables, and fruits. It does not include dairy products and processed foods. This way you are making a healthy choice of foods.

Probiotics
Probiotics are often called "good" bacteria, as they help keep your gut healthy. These are really good for your health, especially for your digestive system. So, this is a safe bet that you can try.

The Cigarette Diet
This diet is said to be one of the most harmful diet trends that people follow. If you are hungry and choose to light up rather than eating, you may see some weight loss. However, this is not a healthy way to lose weight.
