Our body gets accumulated with a lot of toxins due to our day-to-day habits and lifestyle. Alcohol consumption, smoking cigarettes and unhealthy eating habits add to the daily amount of toxins in our body.

Spinach
Spinach has good detoxifying properties and is commonly used for cleaning the body system. Spinach juice is one of the healthiest detoxifying juices. This juice can be made by using spinach, lemon and black pepper. Grind a few leaves of spinach and make a paste. Add water to make the paste a little watery. Add a few drops of lemon and some black pepper for taste. The juice is not exactly as tasty as other fruit juices but it has many health benefits. Regular consumption of spinach based green juice is good for detoxifying our body.

Green Apples
Green Apples are also good for detoxifying and cleaning our blood and body. Green Apples are a little tangy to taste and have a better flavor than many other green juices used for detoxifying our body. Green Apples juice can be made by using a juicer. You can have the juice unadulterated without adding any other component. A little honey can be added if the apples are very tangy to the tongue buds. Green Apple Juice can be taken every day preferably in the morning. It can have great results for cleaning the body from inside.

Coconut
Fresh green coconut water has many electrolytes and anti-oxidants that help to remove toxins from the body and make the system clean and pure. Tender green coconut water is supposed to have good purifying properties. This is one reason why coconut water is always suggested for patients suffering from any ailments. The toxins accumulated in the body can be drained away using coconut water. Therefore, tender coconut water is a good detoxifying agent.

Kale leaves
Kale leaves can be used in combination with spinach, apples and many other substituents. The best detoxifying juice including Kale leaves is made by grinding kale leaves with a few drops of lemon, 1 teaspoon crushed ginger and some cucumber. This green juice has many benefits and should be consumed in the morning.

Mint and Lemon
This is the easiest green juice that can be used for detoxifying. To make this, crush mint leaves in water and add a few drops of lemon to it. Add pepper and salt for taste.
