Watermelon: For an anti-inflammatory summer detox diet, include watermelons and muskmelons in your diet list. As it is rich is water, you stay hydrated and away from constipation. The natural sugar content in these melons are great for dieters and diabetic patients. These juicy fruits refresh your mood on a hot summer day!
Mangoes: Fibre in mangoes flushes out toxins from the body. Due to this reason the king of fruits or pulpy mangoes are included in the detox diet. To get rid of sun tan and protect your hair from damage due to heat, have mangoes. The rich content of Vitamin A in mangoes gives your skin a glowing effect. Beetroot: Beetroot is one of the healthiest foods in this list. Include these red vegetables in your summer detox diet. This can also be included in your detox diet. Have lemon water early in the morning to detoxify and balance the acidity levels of the food.
