Cooking Can Make Vegetables Unhealthy!

There are a list of vegetables that are healthy but can turn unhealthy due to the wrong cooking methods.
Unhealthy Cooking Methods:
1. Potato chips- You love potato chips? But they are not good for your health. To be honest, they are one of the worst possible ways to eat vegetables. Most of these chips are cooked in canola oil which is toxic for humans. It may also lead to cancer. Eating too many of potato chips should be avoided if you wish to stay healthy.
2. Canned vegetable soup- Vegetable soups are tasty but harmful. Instant soups are not the best cooking method as it burns the nutrition from vegetables. Canned vegetables contain high levels of sodium. They also contain artificial honey and sugar.
3, Fried Vegetables- We know that fried food are delicious and we love to munch on fried dishes. But, frying is a method of cooking that leaves vegetables without any nutrients. Any vegetable that has taken a dip in oil is not good for health. Avoid deep fried foods pakoras or fried onion rings. The nutrition gets burned out the vegetables with so much frying. Also, it contains trans fats which can put you at higher risk of heart diseases.
4. Pickled Vegetables- Pickles may taste good but all that oil and preservatives would not do you good. Cooking vegetables in the form of pickles defeats the purpose of eating veggies. It kills the vitamins and minerals present in fresh vegetables. If you eat lot of pickled vegetables, it makes you vulnerable to tumours.
The best way to eat healthy vegetables is raw, steamed or boiled. What according to you is the best cooking method?
