What You Will Need
200 grams of honey, 45 grams of pumpkin seeds, 3-4 tablespoons of sesame seeds, 8 teaspoons of flaxseeds, 3 tablespoons of raisins and 40 grams of gelatin (unflavoured).

How To Do?
Firstly, mix all those ingredients well. Once a mixture is formed, store it in a jar.

How To Start The Remedy?
Consume one teaspoon of the above mixture before your breakfast. Repeat the same before lunch.

How Long?
Try this remedy twice a day for 10-15 days and see if there is any improvement.

How Will It Work?
This mixture will keep your joints and bones strong and also improves the function of ligaments and tendons.
